Topic: de-activate a chumby?

I bought a Chumby One that the former owner never de-activated.  Can I please get it de-activated?  I've tried contacting customer support for almost two weeks now and have gotten no replies.

It's registered to a "(REDACTED)" and the chumby is named "(REDACTED)"
