Topic: Can't create new account

For the last two days I have tried to create an account to use my new chumby, but when I submit my info at step 1 of 3,  I get a "page not found" error. I have used multiple browsers and computers.

You need to have cookies enabled to create an account and login to activate a new device.

Currently we are experiencing an issue that occurs when a user attempts to create a new account with a username that is already being used. Instead of returning the error message explaining that the username they attempted to create was in use, a "page not found" error is appearing. We are attempting to fix this, but in the mean time try creating an account using a different username.
