Any body know if the header pins for SCL and SDA on the Infocast 8" 5 volt tolerant?

JeeLabs makes a few 3V I2C compatible items. I've played with three of them.   Some of them are 5V tolerant on the outbound connections.

Sparkfun has a level conversion board and some notes on how to adapt 3v to 5V I2C  The problem is that the pins are bi-directional.

Sparkfun's logic level board will convert low-level to high-level bidirectionally on the two pins which use MOSFETS (ie. two out of the four; the other two are just voltage-divided). Or, just use a MAX3002.

No clue if the Infocast is 5V-tolerant. Let us know. *grin*
