Topic: DDR SDRAM initialization failed

Hi all,

I've developed my own board from scratch and using DDR SDRAM (part: HY5DU121622DTP-J).
I got the bootstream-1.0.tgz but couldn't see the DDR SDRAM initialization code.
So, I took the imx23EVK's bootloader and met the problem when Linux is in uncompress phase.

How can I modify the init_ddr_mt46v32m16_133Mhz() function for the HY5DU121622DTP-J ?
Thank you for your kind replies.

Best regards.

Re: DDR SDRAM initialization failed

yeah,

I've resolved the problem by changing some HY5DU121622DTP-J's timming parametters.

Cheer and enjoy with i.mx233.

Best regards.

Re: DDR SDRAM initialization failed

Yeah, sorry about that.  We just use binary blobs that were released as part of an early Freescale BSP.  We never did see the source code to them.  Though I understand that it's all available in the current BSP.
