Find the generic webcam widget, and try the URL:

Re: I mean develop an App for my favorite webcam (????)

Pardon my ignorance, I'm a 58 year old lady & a bit out of the techno loop. I can look for a generic widget on google, but I'm not sure I know how to make it work with the webcam address, never mind the Chumby. Can you walk me through it?  Thank you so much for taking time to reply and help me. If I learn may be I could develop a few new Chumby widgets cause the ones listed  r getting a little old, te te te....Again, thanks for helping :~))

OK, log into your chumby account, hit "Browse Apps" and search for "ImageURL", and add the widget to your channel.

Configure the widget by adding the URL in the above post.

I found a fireplace widget here http://www.widgetbox.com/widget/yulelog but can't figure out how to use it on the Chumby either. I would love a fireplace at night and the Lighthouse where I grew up :~))  Thanks Duane for all your help

How's this going now? If you've got an image, then you're most of the way towards getting it to work. I can't get onto chumby.com to check this at the moment, but I've got this widget and I seem to remember in the 'customize' section that you could set how often it refreshed the image.
