Topic: Problems accessing Channels

I'm sorry, I know this is supposed to go to the Dash forum, but it seems as if they are having login issues at the moment.

I purchased the device on 4/29 and haven't been able to log back into the site to manage my dash since.  I've called Sony on 4/30 and on 5/11 and each time the "website database" has an issue and they'll need a day or two to fix it.

I've checked on and off during this time frame, but the website was never fixed.

I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue or knows how to fix it.

As far as I can tell, your device is properly registered on the chumby side of things.

I can't help you with Sony's user account authentication - it really needs to be addressed through them since we have no access to those systems.
