Topic: paperclip battery?

is it possible to connect a battery to a chumby and then use something like paperclips to add more so the battery lasts longer?

I know my question may seem stupid, but i'm really curious about it. sad)

if you really want a battery take 2 lantern batteries duct tape them together, hack up a junk power adapter, wire the batteries in series and hook the wire to it.  Should last awhile.  The middle of the connector is usually positive.
