Topic: Has Anyone Else Experienced Having To Re Activate since 8/20/2014

Turned it on today 8/21, like I do everyday, and it asks me if I'm at a computer to go thru activation routine.
Through several attempts I had to remove current device, add a new one with a DIFFERENT name before activation procedure would work correctly.
Otherwise it would get to last step and no bring up any device ID.
