Topic: Email verification when registering not functional

I'm trying to register and then activate my new device, but am not getting the verification email in step 2 of the registration process. I've checked my spam folder, but nothing from Chumby is there. And when I start a support ticket, I get a bounce back message saying that the ticket is undeliverable. Can someone help? Thanks.
