I tried to contact the Chumby Store this weekend to try to change an order I had put in. I was afraid I would be too late because I could not contact the Store until Monday morning. I used Live Chat this morning and a rep was really helpful, and was able to accomplish exactly what I hoped with the order. My compliments to the staff at your Store.
