I own the final chumby hacker boards.

Is there some examples or documentation to access A2 A3 D0 TX RX ... ports in C or cmd line ?

What is it you're trying to do?  Use them as GPIOs, or actually access them as a serial device?

First connect an i2c device, but also use RX/TX as a serial device.
