Topic: Generic Webcam Widget

Could some developer make a "Generic Webcam Widget"  similar to the Generic RSS Reader Widget?   It would be nice if the widget could show a title and update as fast as the source webcam does. I want to enter my own URL.  I know there are other URL widgets out there but I want one that looks more like the Polar Bear Cam, Elephant Cam, etc. widget.

Yes, I use that one.  I would like a widget geared more toward webcams with a title and frequent updates.  If I knew how to code, I would take an existing webcam widget and change the camera source.
