With the launch of chumby in Japan, we are seeing some Japanese widgets appear on chumby.com

However, I suspect non-Japanese users are leaving low ratings, which I think is unfair.

For example the Japanese "What's on TV" widget. Sure it doesn't look like anything special but it might be seriously useful to a Japanese person. I would never dream of rating such a widget that is of no use to me.

Perhaps ratings should be given less weight if they are given by people who have/are not using the widget?
