Hate to be one of those guys that says, "Read the Faq..." but....

You can pretty much see the chumby guys are taking the weekend off.
They posted 48 last tue / wed.
If you marked public, I'm sure they'll move it to the labs early next week.

I know the lag is frustrating,
I worked out my first widget in 48 hours,
And went nutz when it wasn't immediately public.
But that did give me some time to work out details.

I know the Chumby guys are working on a better posting system,
Frankly, I don't think they thought to see 50 on the doorstep in one week!
This thing is going to be popular, and there's a lot of interest already,
But there's also some really bad code to weed through.

Anyhow, patience, patience!
