Topic: Shoutcast Issues

Is anyone else experiencing playback issues with Shoutcast over the past few days? I can see the streams in the list but cannot play them. All 3 of my C1 devices and the Dash have the same issue.

status.chumby.com says all services online.

We don't operate the streams, so our status has no effect on whether or not they play.

Wow.. Ok.

I dug a bit deeper and found that WinAmp had a major upgrade for Shoutcast streaming which caused most streams to go offline.

There must be some old links in their system too. I can listen to some but others don't work. Some take a few seconds to start. Once in while I have to restart to get it to work at all.
